26. Fox TV
We went to FOX the same day they were airing our story! Team 14 made the news by combining the arts and socialization
at Swan Creek Retirement Village!
27. The Andersons General Stores
We heart our Maumee Andersons! Great produce, great bakery, great wines and so much more! Grace thinks this might
be her new favorite place on Sunday morning! Friendly staff and good snacking!
28. Maumee Indoor Theater
Maumee Indoor Theater, a Maumee favorite with the historical neon sign and the renovated interiors. A great place
for events, parties and of course- movies!
29. Local Retailer- We cant pick just one, so we each picked our favorite!
Jorges Favorite: San Marcos Market, 235 Broadway, Toledo, Ohio
30. Architectural Artifacts
Architectural Artifacts has a great collection of elements from historical builidings across the country. We love antiques,
the history of design and a good photo op! We created our own little scavenger hunt here, check out the results!
31. Bowling Green Wind Farm
The Wind Farm is located near the Wood County landfill, off State Route 6, west of Bowling Green. At its
highest point, the tip of the blade is taller than a 30-story building. Combined, the unit will produce nearly 6.9 million
kilowatt-hours of electricity annually - enough to power approximately 785 homes.
32. Tony Packo's

Tony Packos is a tourist must! There are 3 locations in the Toledo area- The Original in East Toledo, the Park
across from the stadium and in the Andersons! Tony Packos is Rose and Graces third cousin- so we thought we should visit them
all while racing!
33. Georgettes
Georgette's, located in Maumee, Ohio is a unique coffee shop! This non-profit shop offers fair trade brews, delicious
desserts, tasty sandwiches and a Ten Thousand Villages gift shop in the back. All of this and the shop is completely run
by and benefitting the Sunshine Childrens Home.
34. Maumee River Yacht Club
We visited the Maumee River Yacht Club and met with Steve- the bar manager! Steve gave us the entire tour of this
club, he has been there for 12 years! We of course loved the great river views, but also enjoyed seeing the club and
hearing stories! There is also a newly renovated party room on the third floor available for, well Rose is thinking
socials of course, but rehearsal dinners, showers, holiday events, etc!
We love our Local Businesses, tell us your favorite!

the extra mile to make her clients satisfied.

comment: Has to be Cousino's Steak House on the east side. I love
their steak special and the restaurant is cozy! The bar has great drink specials on Thursdays too - not that I know
anything about that!!

name: Tim Keefer, Toledo, Ohio
comment: No coverage of Toledo can go complete without talking about the locally
owned restaurants of Mancy's and those at the Oliver House. The best steaks in town are at Mancy's and Rockwells. Had
an amazing lunch over the weekend at the new Cafe at the Oliver House. Seafood, BBQ, Italian, wood fired pizzas, and
a micro-brew! These two make Toledo home!

comment: Chowders N Moor - a great place for a FRENCH DIP sandwich and
much more...this is a must!! New location off of Airport.

What
a great idea! Thanks for keeping me in the loop. If you want to visit a great place for your inner child - or somebody
else's child - HobbyTownUSA is a great place for educational and unique gifts, trains (big layout), RC vehicles, telescopes
- you get the idea. Anyway, it's time somebody spoke up for Toledo!

I love the Glass City Café at 1107 Jackson St. Just a couple blocks
from the Library, and the Main Library too! Good Luck!
